Hike for Peace Photo Gallery
Saturday, October 23 was the Center’s first annual Hike for Peace. The day was crisp and beautifully sunny — perfect autumn weather! The hike took us through panoramic vistas that overlooked the Cumberland Valley. We hiked two miles to the top, taking a break before reaching the summit for meditation and mantra chanting. At the top, we enjoyed a picnic lunch, before walking back. A warm “thank you” to everyone who supported the event through walking, donating, and sending along prayers or good wishes.
