All of the classes listed here are part of our General Program (GP) and are open to anyone to attend on a drop-in basis. Classes are especially designed to help busy, modern people find more inner peace and happiness. No prior experience with Buddhism or meditation is necessary. Everyone is welcome! CLASSES AT OUR MAIN CENTER IN HARRISBURG
Tuesday General Program
TUESDAYS, 10:00 – 11:30 AM & 7:00 – 8:00 PM. This is our signature meditation class, perfect for beginning and experienced meditators alike. Topics vary from class to class and include how to overcome anger, how to increase love and compassion, and how to apply Buddha’s teachings to daily life.
WEDNESDAYS, 12:15 – 12:45 PM. This session includes two easy guided meditations to promote relaxation and develop a good heart during your lunch break.
After Work Meditation
TUESDAYS, 3:15 – 3:45 PM. Similar to the Lunchtime Meditation, this session includes two easy guided meditations that will help you unwind after work.
Sunday Morning Meditation
SUNDAYS, 10:00 – 11:15 AM. This class includes meditation, teaching, and a chanted prayer dedicated to world peace.
