This course will offer deep insight into the Buddhist view of our mind, and show how an understanding of its nature and functions can be used practically in everyday life to improve our state of mind, our well-being, and even our relationships. The course will include:
- An explanation of the nature and function of the mind
- Guided meditation to deepen our understanding of our own mind
- Advice for how to use our understanding of our own mind to solve our daily problems
Everyone is welcome to attend. No previous experience with Buddhism or meditation required.
