Living Meaningfully: A Buddhist Perspective on Death and Dying

Our death is not something we normally think about but in reality we can benefit greatly from understanding what happens when we die.  This understanding inspires us to live our life in a meaningful way by using it make spiritual progress and develop inner peace, and it helps us prepare for our death so that we can face it with a calm, blissful mind of acceptance.  In this course we will learn about the death process and how we can use the Buddhist practice of Transference of Consciousness, or Powa, to benefit both ourself and the recently deceased.
