Meditation is excellent medicine for improving relationships, supporting health and wellness, and keeping a relaxed and happy mind. In this course, Resident Teacher Julie Francisco will introduce basic meditation techniques and methods for utilizing meditation practice in daily life. Meditation is a simple but powerful tool for cultivating inner peace and can be practiced by anyone.
