No One Dies
No One Dies: A Buddhist Perspective on Death and Dying
Death is a natural part of the life cycle, yet we are often afraid of it. However, our body is not our real body and our waking mind is not our real mind. In truth, we are like actors making entrances and exits on the stage. We take many lives. Death and dying are difficult, but they also can be one of life's most spiritually transformative experiences. On this special course, we will learn how to help others during death and how to deal with loss. We will also look at what comes after this life, how to face death with courage, and how we can attain real peace and happiness.
