SUMMARY:The Preciousness of Tantra
DESCRIPTION:Tantra is the rarest of all Buddha’s teachings.  In the book\, Modern Buddhism\, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso says:  \n\n\n\n\nIn his Sutra teachings\, Buddha gives us great encouragement to accomplish the ultimate goal of human life.  This goal will be accomplished quickly through the practice of Tantra.  Tantra\, also known as “Secret Mantra” or “Vajrayana\,” is a special method to purify our world\, our self\, our enjoyments and our activities; and if we put this method into practice we will attain enlightenment very quickly. \n\n\n\n\nIn this special workshop\, we will explore what Tantra is\, how Tantra is connected to compassion and wisdom\, how to practice Tantra in meditation\, and how to practice Tantra in daily life by transforming everyday enjoyments into meaningful spiritual practice.
