Drop In Classes

All classes listed here are part of our General Program (GP), which is our signature meditation class, perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike.  Topics vary from class to class and include how to overcome anger, how to increase love and compassion, and how to apply Buddha’s teachings to daily life.

Classes are open to anyone to attend on a drop-in basis and are specially designed to help busy, modern people find more inner peace and happiness. No prior experience with Buddhism or meditation is necessary.

Tuesday Morning – 10am to 11am
Tuesday Evening – 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Thursday Afternoon – 4:30pm to 5:30pm
Saturday Morning – 11am to 12pm
