Everyone wishes to be happy all the time, but we cannot achieve this goal unless we attain lasting inner peace.  In this class, we will learn basic meditation techniques and Buddhist advice that can help us to become happy and peaceful from within.  Each class includes two guided meditations, a teaching on a Buddhist topic, and chanted prayers (in English) dedicated to world peace.

Everyone is welcome to attend, and no meditation experience is necessary.
