This meditation class consists of guided meditations and teachings designed for relaxing, removing stress, and finding your own inner states of peace. As you practice these in your daily life, you will gradually develop more happiness and reduce your suffering.  And if you wish to keep practicing, eventually you can gain the ability to keep a happy mind under all circumstances.

No registration required, just drop in!  There is plenty of parking. Wear comfortable clothes, and snacks are provided.

Current Series:

Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully

We are alive, therefore we will die. This is the simplest, most obvious truth of our existence, yet very few of us have really come to terms with this fact. In this series we will gain the confidence to live a happy and meaningful life, to prepare for death, and to help others who are dying. In this way, instead of something to be feared or denied, remembering death and death itself can become a positive experience.

Class Format
Every class will begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided breathing meditation and the Liberating Prayer. After meditation, there will be a short teaching and time for Q&A.
