Foundation Program
The Foundation Program is ideal for anyone wishing to take a structured, systematic approach to Kadampa Buddhism. Foundation Program classes focus in detail on one particular Dharma text at a time. Six Dharma books in all are covered within the Foundation Program, over the course of several years.
Each class includes chanted prayers, meditation, teachings, and partner and group discussions.
“Our state of mind next year will be better than our state of mind this year. Eventually we shall gain the highest realizations If we alwayss remember the pre-eminent qualities of Lamrim we shal never feel discouraged, and we shall generate joyous effort in bringing the methosds to bear upon the problems we experience in our daily lives.”
